Zamfara APC warns against political thuggery

Opposition All Progressives Congress (APC) Zamfara State chapter has strongly warned it’s teeming supporters in the state to avoid political thuggery as the party remains a platform for only law abiding politicians whose aims were to move the state to the next level of development.
This was preached by the State Chairman of the APC, Lawal M. Liman Kaura while addressing hundreds of his party faithfuls Saturday during flagging off campaign for oncoming bye-election for the seat of State House of Assembly.
“I am satisfied with heavy presence of our supporters, a clear indication that Zamfara still belongs to APC, therefore, our great party members should remain law respecting citizens, our party had never encourage any move capable of disrupting peace.
“Today, we are reintroducing our candidate with confidence that APC will win the oncoming bye-election in Bakura local government area, the candidate is known to you all, is that person who you had voted as local government Chairman three consecutive tenured due to his honest, transparent and accountability”, Liman Kaura has stated.
Also speaking, the candidate, Bello Dankande Gamji, reassured rapid development of Bakura local government area as he will vow to ensure reasons behind electing him are highly favored to the extent that, security, economic and wellbeing of the people are improved.
“I have to draw the attention of security agencies in the state, to ensure they step up to their constitutional responsibilities with a view to witness hitch-free elections, they must provide adequate security to INEC officials and electoral materials, integrity of voters should be protected as well”, Dankande has cried.
