One of Nigeria’s leading cladding and curtain wall producers, Vidson Ventures, has brought further excitement into the construction market with its acquisition of world-class technical competence in aluminum and glass works through its new partnership with global giant, ALU K.

An Italian company, ALU K has executed notable iconic projects worldwide including Burj Lake Hotel (Dubai), Crystal Palace (Slovenia), Jewel Twin Tower (Dubai), Longemont Hotel (China), Liberty Tower (Dubai) and many others.

Vidson’s partnership with ALU K has now transferred to Vidson, the skill and competence to handle intricate aluminum and glass works like cladding and curtain wall for very complex skyscrapers and other high-rise buildings.

The partnership is the marriage of two top-notch companies; clear leaders in the various markets both operated in, previous to their partnership.

With this partnership, industry analysts say the standard of cladding and curtain walls, indeed aluminum and glass works done in Nigeria can now compare favourably with such works done in the developed nations of the world.

Before its partnership with ALU K, Vidson had won several awards in the industry for its high quality aluminum and glass products and designs which include windows, doors, partitioning, curtain walls and cladding and balustrades for top-flight projects.

Vidson’s General Manager, Northern Region, Pastor Wale Popoola, told Peoples Daily that Vidson has built “a business and technical network with other leading companies in the industry thus acquainting ourselves with new products and technical innovations in the art and technology of windows, doors, partitioning, cladding and balustrades. We stand for quality and excellence, offering products that stand competitively in the global market and services that are to the best global practices”.

Market watchers say Vidson has now become the company of choice for individuals and corporate organizations with complex, iconic projects, especially skyscrapers and other high-rise buildings.
