The village head of Kutunku in Gwagwalada area of the FCT, Mr. Mohammed Sani Philip, has called on the chairman of the council, Abubakar Jibrin Giri to provide more transformers to enhance electricity supply in Kutunku.
He also urged the chairman to provide boreholes for the residents, to put an end to shortage of water in the area.
Philip, who made the call in an interview with Peoples Daily in his palace in Kutunku, asked the chairman to repair the dilapidated roads to ease problems encountered by people of the community in moving their farm produce to the markets in the metropolis.
He explained that the clinic, built by the FCT Administration in partnership with the council lacks adequate medical personnel to attend to patients.
The traditional ruler, however, pleaded with other traditional rulers to contribute towards moving Gwagwalada forward.
