By Stanley Onyekwere

In order to improve service delivery to the residents of Abuja, the nation’s capital, the FCT Administration intends to establish Physical Document Management Office under the FCT Development Control Department (FCDA) towards the automation and tracking of mails/complaints, the FCT Minister, Senator Bala Mohammed, has disclosed.

He made this disclosure after meeting with some senior staff of the Abuja Metropolitan Management Council (AMMC), in his office.

Mohammed emphasized that his Administration would do everything possible by being proactive to ease service delivery to the resident of FCT, saying that this is all about the actualization of the Transformation Agenda of President Goodluck Jonathan.

Similarly, the minister revealed that the FCT Administration is looking at the possibility of imbibing the ideals of Green Building; noting that the Administration may sponsor some professional staff of the FCT Development Control, to attend the Annual Green Building Convention organized by the United States Green Building Council, in New Orleans, USA.

He therefore charged the residents of the Territory to continue to cooperate with the relevant authorities under the FCTA, to take Abuja to greater heights.
