Senators, ministers to grace Paigokni Devt Association festival in Niger

Paigokni Development Association in Paikoro Local Government Area of Niger State has concluded plans for its annual festival and reception in honour of their sons, Minister of State Foreign Affairs, Amb. Zubairu Dada and Senator Sani Musa (313) representing Niger East on 28th December, 2019.
Consequently, no fewer than 25 senators are expected to witness the event as well as ministers and Governor Abubakar Sani Bello of Niger State with other prominent Nigerians that will hold on Saturday 28th December, 2019 by 9:00am at UK Bello Primary School football field, Paiko in Niger State.
The multi- cultural association, Paigokni Development Association (PDA) organizes its festival annually where they exhibit their different cultural groups and products so as to preserved their cultural heritage and honor their sons and daughters to mark the day.
According to statement issued by the organizers, the occasion would be chaired by the Vice Chancellor of Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University IBBU, Lapai, Prof. Nasiru Muhammad Maiturare with Guest Speaker to be Dr Muhammad Aliyu Bussa, Provost, Fati Lami Abubakar Institute of Legal and Administrative Studies, Minna.
The host is the Chairman of Paikoro Local Government Area, Alhaji Balarabe Sani while Royal father of of day is the Emir of Minna, Alhaji Umar Faruk Bahago just as different communities within the local government are expected to gather at Paiko as annual ritual to exhibit their various cultural heritage.
It added that, the current Minister of State Foreign Affairs Ambassador Zubairu Dada and Senator Sani Musa (313) representing Niger East District of Niger state are from the same Gbagyi community of Paikoro local government hence the need to honor them.
