Kebbi State Government has assured the entire residents in the state of equity, protection of lives and property as well as the promotion of moral and religious values towards building a decent society.
This assurance was given shortly after the congregation prayer at the Eid pray ground, the secretary to the state government; Alhaji Nura Kangiwa said that kebbi state is a peaceful state in the country, while urging Muslims and Christians to leave in peace with one another.
In a press statement issued by the chief press secretary to the Governor and quoted SSG, Alhaji Abubakri Dakingari said that Muslims should use the lesson of the Month of Ramadan of compassion to reflect in their official and private affairs.
‘’ kebbi government as also paid all the civil servant and the pensioners across the 21 local government for them to enjoying the festivities’’ he said.
He then enjoined all the Muslims Ummah to pray for the country to overcome its challenges
