Ibrahim said the items were made available to the Muslim communities same way such gesture is extended to Christians at festivities.
Items distributed include 481 bags of rice, 431 bags of sugar and 311 bags of mil millets.
Atiku, according to Ibrahim, has been committed to consolidating on the gains of democracy even before joining politics with a charge on people to vote APC come 2015.
“We are here to only deliver the message of former vice president Atiku to cater for Muslim during the Ramadan period,” Murtala said.
The Bauchi Turaki group stressed that Atiku remains the only agent to rescue people from the present tyranny of PDP administration being a detribalized politician with difference.
While receiving the item at the APC secretariat, chairman of the party, Hon.Uba Ahmed Nana expressed delight and described the gesture as a commitment to promote religious activities in the state.
Nana had also described the former vice president as a pillar of democracy just as he urged the people to support the APC by 2015.
