Provost hails NCC’s laudable programmes, projects across Nigeria

Provost Federal College of Animal Health and Production Technology Vom, Plateau State, Dr (Mrs) Christine Utoh-Ojemudia appreciated NCC’s intervention programme ADAPTI through its Digital Bridge institute, acknowledging its statutory world class services.
She said its institution’s mandate is centred on the training of middle level man power whom they graduate with skills and the mindset to become sufficient and dignified employers of other youths to aid solve the problem of unemployment in the country.
She averred that the institution needs a lot of facilities as it runs a a diploma programme on animal health production and currently runs eight programmes thus an expansion on the needs of the college.
According to her the college needs a lot of resources and facilities as human development trainers for sustainable research.
She sought NCC’s intervention to enable students maximize their learning to meet up accreditation needs.
“We pray that the Commission will come to our aid by supporting us with required basic facilities and also facilitate a fruitful collaboration with the college for an optimum service delivery. With your support we can effectively impact on our staff in a lasting way, we want to thank you for your continues support”.
On her part rep of EVC, Mrs Abigail Sholanke said the Commission is happy it benefited from its ADAPTI programme, as this will help students to be employable.
She said the Commission will look into their needs and see how it can be of help.
Stressing that the NCC is commited in deploying ICT facilities to schools, as ICT has become paramount in today’s digital world.
