Ondo guber: Sanwoolu, seven other govs lead 104-member APC campaign team

The All Progressive Congress (APC) has appointed Governor Babajide Sanwoolu of Lagos State, to lead the 104-member campaign team for the Ondo State governorship election, which is comprised of seven other governors.
In a statement issued yesterday by the Deputy National Publicity Secretary of APC,Yekini Nabena, the party said the Chairman of the Caretaker/Extra-Ordinary National Convention Planning Committee of the party, Governor Mai Mala Buni, made the approval yesterday.
According to the statement, other members of the campaign team are: the Governor of Plateau State, Simon Lalong, who will serve as Deputy Chairman, and Comrade Mustapha Salihu, who will serve as Secretary of the campaign Council.
It said the campaign council will be inaugurated on Saturday 15th August, 2020 at the APC National Secretariat by 2pm.
Other key member of committee are: Speaker of House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, Deputy Senate President, Ovie Omo-Agege, Governor Gbenga Isiaka Oyetola, Governor Dapo Abiodun, Governor Kayode Fayemi, Governor Abubakar Badaru.
Others are Governor Mallam Nasir El-rufai, Governor Babagana Zulum, Senator George Akume, Senator Aliyu Wammako, Abdulazeez Yari, Muhammed Bindow Jibrilla, Yakubu Dogara, M. A Abubakar, Rotimi Amaechi, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, Babatunde Raji Fashola, Otunba Niyi Adebayo.
Also included in the membership are: Timipre Sylva, Rochas Okorocha, Ajayi Boroffice, Stella Okotete, Ismail Ahmed, Ayiri Emami, Mahmud Halilu, Sadiya Umar Farouq, Aliyu Ugbane, Emeka Nwajuba, Osita Izunaso, Victor Giadom, Andy Uba, Osita Okechukwu, Ifeanyi Ararume, Dakuku Peter, among others.
