The Nigerian Police has said it will ensure establishment of more provisional division Police Command across Niger state as a means of curbing criminals and criminalities across the state .
The Assistant Inspector General Of Police in charge of Zone Seven (7) Mr Taiwo Lakanu made the disclosure yesterday in Minna the Niger state capital while on tour inspecting police commands under his control.
The AIG said directives has already been given to the Commissioner of Police in the state Mr Paul Dibal to established more provisional divisional police offices due to inadequate police presence across the communities in the state pending the police authority approval for permanent divisional police commands.
He further said that the Nigerian police has deployed over three Hundred (300) Vehicles to Kaduna Abuja Highway as a means of given serious attention to the activities of armed bandits and other crime issues happening across the states along the High way.
The police has succeeded in reducing the spade of crime along that route by arresting so many arrest have made with the recovery of lots of dangerous weapons.
The AIG Zone Seven of the Nigerian police however urged Communities around to always assist with more intelligence report as a means of semeiotic relationships with the security agents spread across the Country.
