Niger: Pharmacist bags media awards

The managing Director of Reality Healthcare Pharmacy in Suleja local government area of Niger state, pharmacist Obinna Peter Daniel has been bestowed with the media merit awards entitled “Effective Humanitarian and Visionary Medical Examiner 2020” by the authority of the Orator Communications Limited, the publishers of the Orator weekly newspapers based in Niger state and the FCT.
The media merit awards was conferred on Pharmacist Obinna Peter Daniel by the Managing Editor of the Orator weekly newspapers, Mr. Nasir Oseni in Suleja.
Oseni said: “The award conferred on Pharmacist Obinna Peter Daniel has nothing to do with personal interest, but the awards were based on thoroughly investigation being carried out by the management of Orator weekly newspapers and other media houses on the activities of Pharmacist Peter Daniel”.
He further said the two media awards were bestowed on Pharmacist Peter Daniel based on hid professional competence in the field of health profession.
According to the Managing Editor, “Pharmacist Peter Daniel is the only pharmacist some governments, medical personnel and individuals commended for serving the society with sincerity and dexterity”.
He therefore, expressed joy the ways at which the patients as well as some stakeholders in Suleja and Niger state at large appreciated the contributions of pharmacist Peter Daniel towards the progress of medical profession.
He explained that Pharmacist Peter Daniel is an astute medical professional who is not only in the business to sell his drugs but also to examine the conditions of the patients before he prescribed the accurate drugs for human consumption.
Responding, the awardee of the day, Pharmacist Peter Daniel thanked the management of the Orator Communications Limited for the honour done to him.
Daniel used the award ceremony as an opportunity to appeal to the professional Pharmacists to be careful before prescribing the drugs for their customers or patients to purchase.
