NIESV hails El-Rufai for urban renewal project

Nigeria Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, (NIESV) has expressed satisfaction with the ongoing Kaduna urban renewal of Governor Nasir el-Rufai administration.
The State Chairman of NIESV ESV. Olubunmi Ogundiya Made the commendations when he led other officials of the Institute on a courtesy visit to the Director General of Kaduna State Urban Planning and Development Agency KADSUPDA Ismaila Dikko Umar in kaduna yesterday.
ESV. Olubunmi Ogundiya said el-Rufai’s giant strides towards giving the state a new face-lift through his urban renewal projects was a step in the right direction.
According to him, the urban renewal projects is a demonstration of focused leadership that brings dividends of democracy to the people, while Nigeria Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, profession is about making things better for the improved living condition of the people and the Urban Renewal projects is part of it.
He said said NIESV were excited by the number of of its members working for the unban renewal projects, calling on the government to carry more members along.
He commended the KADSUPDA for ensuring that set standard are adhered to, while assuring Kaduna state of continuous support to ensure that the Agency, excel.
The Director General of KADSUPDA Ismaila Dikko Umar in his remarks lauded the support his Agency has been receiving from Kaduna state chapter of NIESV since inception.
He said his Agency was established with the mandate to to ensure that the proper planning of the town is properly adhere to.
He called on the NIESV members to key into the Urban Renewal projects of the administration and their contributions will be appreciated.
