The Executive Committee of Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) yesterday lifted the lengthy ban placed on a former Secretary General of Nigeria Football Federation, Taiwo Ogunjobi and others still under various ban.
The meeting was presided over by reinstated President Aminu Maigari, and attended by most members.
According to a communique signed by Emeka Inyama, at the end of the meeting, others unbanned are Mr. Adedapo Lam-Adesina, Mr. Chikelue Iloanusi and Mr. Harrison Jalla, noting that the ban on Mr. Ahmed Shuaib Gara-Gombe had long been lifted.
Meanwhile, while Maigari has taken full charge of the affairs of the Federation, the Acting President, Mike Umeh, seems not ready to surrender his ‘Acting Presidency’.
He was present at the yesterday meeting but stormed out, insisting that Maigari remains suspended.
