NDE partners Niger Govt to train 2,500 youths on BBT

National Directorate of Employment NDE in partnership with Niger state Ministry of Youths and Sports Development has commenced the training of 2,500 youths and women in Basic Business Training (BBT).
The training that would be carried out in batches has one hundred beneficiaries from the 25 local government councils of Niger state who were to be trained in various kinds of businesses with first batch of 300 from Chanchage, Bosso2 and Munya LGAs.
Niger state NDE Coordinator, Alhaji Abdulmalik Liman at the opening ceremony in Minna, said that sequel to the mandate of the agency to empower youths the opportunity of window created by the Central Bank of Nigeria CBN planned to give out loans to certified candidates for their businesses.
He stressed that the training by the mandated organization as one of the prerequisite for the qualifications of the loan.
He urged participants to make use of the opportunity with seriousness to be good entrepreneurs to better their lives and Nigerian economy.
