Musa set for CSKA Moscow return
Ahmed Musa is on the verge of making a return to Russian outfit CSKA Moscow, on-loan from Leicester City.
According to Sky Sports News, the 25-year-old is duo to undergo a medical with his former employers after the two clubs agreed a loan deal.
Musa has failed to impress for the Foxes since his move to the King Power Stadium in July 2016 for a then club record fee of £16.6 million. The Super Eagles forward has scored two goals in 18 appearances this season.
Fellow Africans Fousseni Diabaté and Kelechi Iheanacho impressed for Leicester City in a 5-1 win over Peterborough in the FA Cup on Saturday. The Mali and Nigeria intentional scored a brace apiece in a commanding victory. Wilfred Ndidi also got his name on the score-sheet.
Algeria national Islam Slimani could also be on his way out of Leicester City – Monaco are linked with a move for the burly forward.
