Britain’s tennis star, Andy Murray coming back from injury has won his first ATP title in Antwerp, beating Swiss star Stan Wawrinka in three sets.
The three time Grand Slam champion Murray lost the first set 3-6, but prevailed in the other two sets 6-4 6-4.
His way to victory began when he was 3-1 down in the second set.
Murray rallied to claim the set and his 46th career title.
“It means a lot. The last few years have been extremely difficult,” Murray, who broke down in tears at the end, told Amazon Prime.
“Both me and Stan have had a lot of injury problems in the last couple of years. It’s amazing to be back, playing against him in the final like that. I think it was a great match.”
