Kwara insurance brokers change name

The Kwara State Insurance Brokers Ltd, a subsidiary of Harmony Holdings Ltd ,the investments holding Company of Kwara State Government, has announced the change of its company name to HHL Insurance Brokers Ltd.

The Comapny in a statement signed by the Head of Corporate Affairs, Mr Tunde Abodunde stated that the goal of the name change is to adopt a new brand identity that complements the Holding Company, and encapsulates a new level of courage and sensitivity to the expectations of all stakeholders.

” Most importantly, the new name will allow the Company to operate in its niche market beyond the shores of Kwara State with attendant improved productivity and bottom-line.”

The Statement also quoted the Managing Director/CEO, HHL Insurance Brokers Ltd, Mr Sunkanmi Adekeye- as saying that “this re-brand is an important next step for our Company. We are now well-positioned for

growth into new areas of benchmarking such as oil and gas, maritime, and other financial services sectors, which hitherto had been difficult to penetrate.

“In conjunction with our aggressive business development strategies, we have been pursuing the development of a strong corporate identity that will accurately represent our Company and its services to our clients and prospects”.

The company said that the HHL Insurance Brokers Ltd will continue to offer broad range of insurance brokerage services, risk management counselling, among others.

“While our Company is changing its identity, all core elements of the organisation will remain the same. HHL Insurance Brokers will continue to place strong emphasis on benchmarking industry leaders.

“Along with the name change, the Company adopted a new corporate identity, including a new logo and visual identity. The changes are effective immediately, and all future business activity will be undertaken with the new name.
