Kaduna Electric is set to mark the 2019 Customer Service Week (CSW) to celebrate its customers.
A statement by the Head, Corporate Communication, Abdulazeez Abdullah in Kaduna said this year’s week-long celebration is themed: “The Magic of Service”.
The statement said activities would focus on appreciating Kaduna Electric customers for their loyalty, highlighting the importance of customer service and boosting morale, motivation and team work among Kaduna Electric Customer Care Team.
Among activities lined up for the week are CSR visit to an orphanage, a Customer Appreciation Day set aside to reward customers, Badminton/ table tennis competitions and a football match with the Nigeria Immigration football team.
It further said the celebration would be climaxed with a Customer Care Staff Awards ceremony during which outstanding customer care staff who had demonstrated the highest level of service to customers would be acknowledged and rewarded.
Kaduna Electric has consistently marked the Customeri Service Week for the past four years to reinforce the company’s belief that its customers are at the center of its business.
The statement appealed to customers to fulfill their obligations by paying their bill on time and to stop engaging in energy theft as the company’s efficiency is tied to customer’s positive response.
