Following the recent killing of the Village Head of Ungwan Muazu District, who was also a member of Zazzau Emirate Council, Alh Kabiru Y. Buhari by unknown gunmen, residents in the area have called on
Kaduna state government to come to the rescue of the people, saying activities of gunmen in the area is becoming unbearable.
A Community leader in the area, Mallam Muhammed Graba, said in recent times the area has suffered several attacks by unknown gunmen. Most recent are the killings of a petrol station manager, and the carting away of undisclosed amount of money, and that of a lecturer with the Shehu Idris College of a Health Technology, both of which occurred in Kinkinau GRA,Ungwan Muazu District, Kaduna.
He said the government and security agencies should come to the rescue of people in the area.

Government Area with gunshot wound on his head.
The district head of Ungwan Muazu, Alh Ahmed Aliyu Idris in an interview with newsmen after the burial, said Zazzau Emirate has lost a dedicated council member.
