A statement issued by the NNL Media Officer, Harry Awurumibe, said the league body also fined the club N200, 000 for misconduct, following the reported case of molestation of match officials.
Inyama who hailed from Abia state and chairman of Abia Warriors believe the fined and banned will go a long in sanitizing the league.
“Abia Comets, while playing at home against Prime FC of Osogbo in a Week 4 match last weekend, had molested the officials of the match which ended 1-1.
“Therefore, the NNL has slammed various degrees of sanctions on the Team Secretary, Jude Agbara, for bringing the game to disrepute.
“He is therefore banned indefinitely from all the activities of the NNL, pending other sanctions by the Disciplinary Committee of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).
“The N200,000 fine slammed on the team, Abia Comets must be paid within three weeks of this pronouncement,’’ the statement said.
