Nigerian youths have been challenged never to compromise their patriotism by contributing positively for the development and social well being of the country.
Stakeholders threw the challenge in Yola yesterday at a 2-day National Seminar on ravaged areas due to insurgency in various parts of Nigeria.
The workshop was organised by National Institute For Cultural Orientation (NICO),a parastatal of the Federal Ministry of Information and Culture.
In his welcome address,Executive Secretary and Chief Executive officer of the Federal parastatal (NICO).Ado Muhammed Yahuza said the gathering is timely considering the multiple social and economic challenges facing the peaceful coexistence of Nigerians.
Represented by Mallam Ibrahim Hussaini,Yahuza, he stated that the aim of the seminar is solely to reshape the thinking and culture of the teeming citizens to ensure absolute tolerance and togetherness despite diversity.
