Gombe state governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya has assured a transparency government within Christians community.
The governor was speaking during the official commissioning of the Christians Association of Nigeria (CAN) Guest house on Thursday in Gombe.
He said as a responsible government will always ensure peaceful coexistence among the people.
Governor Yahaya advised Christians not to hesitate to preach peace even as he said peace is a pillar of success.
He promised to support their activities when the need arises, but added that his administration is ready to carry every one alone.
Speaking earlier, the caretaker chairman of Christians Association of Nigeria( CAN), Gombe state chapter Rev. Sunday Congo appreciated governor Yahaya for supporting CAN with fund to build a guest house at the center.
He assured that the guest house built by CAN will not only benefit Christian community but the entire populace.
Rev. Congo however said that getting a befitting guest house at the center will not only benefit the people but it will create revenue to the center.
