Former CBN Governor urges Nigerians to be more patient

The former deputy Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN),Rev. Tunde Lemo has called on Nigerians to be more patient and learn to trust in the faithfulness of God who is able to give Nigeria pleasant surprises.

Rev Lemo made this call in Lagos, while preaching as the guest minister at the outreach of unlimited praise, organised by an educational services provider, iNation Best Services, in conjunction with  Pneuma Events.

The deputy CBN governor who preached on the topic; ‘pleasant surprises’ called on Nigerians to be more patient and rely on God’s faithfulness for the vision is for an appointed time and it shall surely speak,saying that as many that have been serving God faithfully would receive pleasant surprises because God never changes, quoting from the book of Hebrew 13:8.

Meanwhile, the brain behind the programme, Mrs Ebun Omotosho, while speaking with journalists shortly after the programme said the event was put together to appreciate God Almighty, thank their staff, customers and clients alike and also to honour distinguished Nigerians who have excelled in their chosen career and have been contributing to the work of God.

Eminent Nigerians who were honoured with award of excellence at the event includes: Rev Tunde Lemo, former deputy governor of CBN,Mrs Sanusi,wife of former CBN governor, who is now the Emir of Kano,Alhaji Lamido Sanusi Lamido, pastor Mrs F.P. Kalejaiye,the wife of the popular Regional Evangelist of The Redeemed Christian Church of God,(RCCG) pastor J.T Kalejaiye among others.
