Some of the features of the car park include a 1000 parking bays, 24/7 free shuttle buses/security surveillance,6nos. Standard rest rooms, dedicated bus route, 2nos. Pedestrian walk ways, pick-up and drop off zones, among other amenities.

Dati said to minimize the inconvenience of having to walk to the new car park, shuttle buses are provided to convey passengers to and from the Terminal free of charge.

“The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria is mindful of some inconveniences that the on-going construction works may create for passengers and other airport users and hereby appeals for patience and understanding during this period as it continues in its effort to make necessary upgrades in line with international standards.” He told reporters.
