FEPSGA lauds civil servants response to monthly walking and jogging exercise

The National President of the Federation of Public Service Games (FEPSGA) Dr. Victor Orji has expressed fulfilment with the performance of the civil servants in the country for their prompt respond to it activities especially monthly walking and jogging exercise.

Dr. Orji, who disclosed this over the weekend in Abuja during the July edition of it monthly walking and jogging exercise at the national stadium, commended the civil servants for making it possible to honour the exercise in order to keep fit ahead of their easier said than done task.

He implored the public servants to allow their action serve as encouragement to them, stating that appreciation for a good effort would go a long way by giving certificates and trophies to various ministries, agencies and department that worth it monthly.

“I want to thank all the civil servants for their respond to FEPSGA’s activities especially monthly walking and jogging exercise, I want to also thank them for making us happy. Despite the security challenges and discouragement they might have perceived from disgruntle elements, they promptly respond to us whenever they are called upon.

“I want also appreciated my executive for their wonderful displace and cooperation and commandant of the NSCDC, Dr. Ade Abolurin, head of civil service of the federation, Alhaji Bukar Goni Aji and director general of NOA Mr. Mike Omeri who have been supporting the set target of FEPSGA, “ the president applauded.

Certificates and trophies were given to the participating ministries, agencies and departments at the event, which also served as the FEPSGA’s keep fit/walking and jogging exercise for the month of July.

NSCDC won first in attendance and first inn highest in attendance, OSGF and police won second and third in attendance respectively while best behave goes to NBS as well as second and third to FMLH and Agriculture respectively.
