The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) State Deputy Chairman (Operations) of Road Transport Employers’ Association of Nigeria (RTEAN), Comrade Dada Killian, has appealed to the FCT Minister of State, Hajiya Ramatu Tijjani to deem it fit to create new motor parks for the smooth running of the association in the territory.
He said if the new motor parks were created, it would reduce nuisances on the streets of Abuja.
Killian, who made the appeal while speaking with Peoples Daily correspondent in Zuba on Monday, urging the minister to carry members of the association along in the scheme of things.
He assured the minister that the entire members of the association would continue to co-operate with the FCT Administration for the sake of peace in the territory and Nigeria at large.
He tasked the members of the association to always be good behaviour, and warned them against touting.
The FCT State RTEAN Deputy Chairman called on the executive members of the association to take every member along, calling on the executives as well as members to follow due process in everything they do.
