A former Chief of Staff to the Senate President Senator Issa Galaudu, has formerly announced his defection from APC to PDP.
He made this announcement yesterday in his country home, Arugungu, while addressing his newly party supporters (PDP) adding that he had consulted his political supporter and stakeholders before finally leaving the rolling party (APC) to his former party (PDP).
Feilding questions from newsmen shortly after he decamped, the former senator and chief of staff to the Senate President, Bokula Saraki said that the present administration has failed the masses by not fulfilling their campaign Promises.
“I have an overwhelming support to reunite with the party, which I contributed to build in Kebbi State. Today, I am very happy and delighted to say Goodbye to APC and home sweet home PDP,” he added.
Galaudu stated further, with dismay, that the level of killing and kidnapping in this present administration is alarming, urging people to rally round and support PDP as they have done before.
“Security of lives and properties, and liberties of citizens, is a constitutional duty of any responsible Government. But what we have now is unacceptable,” he said.
He said that in a democracy, if the is no any opposition development will not be effective.
In Kebbi State nothing can be shown, assuring people of the state for his commitment in delivering democracy dividends.
