Following their 1-0 loss to Giwa FC in their opening fixture of the second half of the season, Enyimba captain Chinedu Udoji has called for improvement from his side if they are to lift the league title again.
The People’s Elephants sit in an unfamiliar 10th position after twenty games, five points adrift of table-topping Kano Pillars, and Udoji reckons it will take a lot more hard work and consistency to give them the needed push up the table.
He says, “We really have to improve, we have to work harder. We need to get so many things right, which haven’t gone well all season.”
Enyimba next play Sunshine Stars and will hope to bounce back to winning ways, and possibly climb up the league standing.
