Chairman, Bwari Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) , Musa Dikko has declared that his administration made significant progress in various immunisation conducted in the last two years.
Dikko, disclosed that the health sector had remained a core focus of his administration that received a boost within the period under review.
This was revealed in a report packaged by the Primary Health Care Department of the council, and was made available to the press.
According to Dikko, the council had implemented five rounds of National immunisation Plus Days (NIPDS) and Sub-immunisation Days (SIPD).
He added that an average success rate of 131.7 per cent was achieved, in addition to 131 per cent success rate recorded during the 2018 measles vaccination campaign.
