Ibrahim Jalo has insisted that the defected the speaker must vacate his position as the speaker.
Jalo, who spoke yesterday on the Hausa Service of the BBC monitored in Jos, also said that the Tambuwal would not only vacate the his position as the speaker but entirely leave the house as a member, explaining that Tambuwal was elected on the platform of PDP.
He said, “Tambuwal must leave his Speakership position. Apart from that, he is also leaving the House completely because he was not elected on the platform of APC. He was elected to the House on the platform of the PDP. “
Asked how he would be removed, Jalo said that “we told the leadership of the House to get prepared and talks are being done to see the impeachment would be done.
