Covid-19: Monarch urges Nigerians to obey govt instructions

Following the announcement of increase in the cases of suspected coronavirus in Nigeria, the Chairman of Yoruba Council Of Chiefs and Obas Ambassador Muhammad Arigdabuwo has urged Nigerians to obey all instructions from the government to ensure that the effects of the virus is reduced to minimum.
He stated this while speaking at the 8 days remembering prayers for his late mother Hajia Aishat Mahmoud Aweniyi Agbon held in Kaduna yesterday.
The royal father said all action of the Government must be seen as a means of protecting and not punishing the citizens.
He also warned Nigerians against spreading falsehood on social media, saying Nigerians must not abuse social media and engage in spreading misinformation and rumours.
The clerics who came to offered prayers for the repose late Hajia Aishat Mahmoud Aweniyi Agbon who died at the Age of 120 years took time to asked for divine intervention in the coronavirus pandemic and called on people to use these troubled times to get closer to their loved ones.
The Representative of Jama’tu Nasir Islam (JNI) Sheikh Kamilu of Nupe Road Jummat Mosque called on all Nigerians to devote their lives to the services of Allah SWA like late Hajia Aishat
In his own remark the Representative of Muslims Council Of Nigeria Justice Murtala Nasiru pray for Allah to grant Hajia Aishat paradise.
Similarly, the Chief Missionary or NASFAT Rauf Raji said the world today is facing a menace that can be addressed by Allah.
He therefore called on all Nigerians to be prayerful this time around.
