According to him, it’s unfortunate that 13 members out 31 Members we’re call secretly to converse in the house out of the usual time which 10 but the sitting commencement 9 am today Wednesday being a regular person that falls among the first three that comes to the house.
“The 13 members were the cronies that dance to the tune of the outgoing governor and the had a plan and it was hatch accordingly.
He said the two bills were brought by the executive arms of government one is a repeal bill that was promulgated and pass and assented by the governor Mohammed Abdullahi Abubakar in 2017 recovery of public properties from the past governor.
“The law was put In place to serve as deterrent to whoever misappropriate the funds of the citizens since, he the governor failed to secure his second term in office connived with the coronies to assemble in the house by 9 am today Wednesday,” he said
“The second bill which has to do with creation of additional districts, villages and Hamlet’s was smuggle in by the cronies had pass the first , second and third reading to become law against the consent of 18 Members of the house.
“The cronies do it such a way that the bill passes first ,second and third reading to enabled them hasten it for the governor to assent it and it’s becomes a law.
