The Corporate Affairs Commission has said that the current disruption in its online services was due to infrastructure upgrade, aimed at enhancing service efficiency and customer experience.
A statement signed by CAC’s Head, Public Affairs, Mr. Moses Adaguusu, tendered the apologies of the Commission to its esteemed customers and the general public for the disruption of its online services.
Adaguusu said, the Commission had on Monday, August 19, 2019 deployed additional online services for the processing of post incorporation applications as part of its infrastructure upgrade.
He said: “Consequent upon the disruption due to the infrastructure upgrade, the Commission has set up Customer Support Services (CSS) at its state offices nationwide to attend to complaints from members of the public. The CSS is in addition to the existing help lines.
“Also, the Commission has set up a dedicated support team at the on-going Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Annual General Conference in Lagos to attend to complaints from delegates during the one week event”.
While appealing to the public to exercise calm, Adaguusu said CAC regrets all inconveniences caused as a result of the disruption in its services and is doing everything possible to ensure that normal services resume soon.
