BitFlux communications is set to roll out its commercial service in three major cities in Nigeria, starting from January 2015. According to the Managing Director, VDT Communications, an arm of BitFlux communications, Biodun Omoniyi, the services will be delivering through Internet Protocol/MPLS network in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt.

He noted that customers are the life wire of every business which informed his company’s customers’ forum as a way of appreciating them. “Staying close to our customers has given us a course to work, and to satisfy our customers made us to go for ISO 9001 certification to improve on our service delivery to our customers,” he stated. He added that since the ISO certification, VDT Communications customers have grown by 60 percent and their point of presence has also increased 20 states to 34 states and Abuja.

He urged the company’s customers to be part of the new journey of making VDT Communications a global brand which starts with the new corporate identity.

Mrs. Bimbo Ikumariegbe, general manager, Sales and Marketing, VDT Communications, said that the new corporate identity has become necessary in view of the plan to go to retail market with the rolling out of service by BitFlux next year.

“The new corporate identity captures VDT Communications in global manner and the new energy in the organization across board as well as protect the image of a formidable player in the broadband service delivery,” she stated.
