APGA Crisis Deepens in Delta As Chairman Removed from Office Over Alleged Anti-Party, Fraud

Arising from alleged antiparty, and fraudulent activities, Delta State All Progress Grand Alliance ( APGA) has through its state working Committee (Swc) has removed from office its chairman, Alfam Enemokwu.
The acting chairman of the Party, Princewill Nwanchukwu in a statement he signed including other eight members of the party, a copy made available to Journalists in Asaba, said the removal of Alfam Enemokwu bothered on alleged financial impropriety and autocracy administration, adding that” since he assumed office in 2015, he collected and did not account for the regular Delta state government grant of funds to all registered political parties of which before he assumed office we used to receive at least N400,000 yearly, but he claims nothing again,” disclosing that after due consideration,2/3 of the State working Committee (Swc) unanimously approved Alfam Enemokwu’s removal from office with immediate effect.
The statement averred that the motion for Alfam Enemokwu’s removal was moved by Tony Okoh and seconded by Mrs Felicia Ajudua, adding that the state working Committee, apartment from fed of his maladministration, uncovered litany of fruads, saying that Alfam Enemokwu had before his removal allegedly attacked the acting chairman, Princewill Nwanchukwu for opposing to his wicked activities.
Part of the statement reads” Alfam Enemokwu opened a private account, and with audacity informed us in the office that he opened the account to make it easier for him to operate the account not withstanding that APGA has an account, since Alfam Enemokwu assumed office in 2015 , he collected so much money and did not acount for the regular government grants to all political parties of which before his assumption, we used to receive at least N400,000 annually”.
But in a swift reaction, the embattled Alfam Enemokwu debunked the allegations to be untrue adding that he was yet to know that he had been removed from office by the state working Committee ( Swc) of the party, maintaining that only the National Executive Committee (NEC) had the power to remove him from office and not those he described as challantants
