From Yakubu Mustapha, Minna
The governor of Niger state, Dr. Mu’azu Babangida Aliyu has condoled with the former minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Mallam Nasir El-Rufai over the death of his son Hamza who died in an auto crash.
In a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary Mr. Israel A. Ebije yesterday in Minna, the Niger state governor described the loss as unfortunate, praying that Allah in His infinite mercies grant the family fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
Aliyu, advised the former FCT minister to see his son’s death as an act of God, urging him to take solace in the fact that every flesh must pass through the process of death.
“It is indeed with deep sense of loss I condole with Mallam El-Rufai and his entire household over the death of Hamza. No amount of condolence message can fill the vacuum created by the demise of Hamza but it is my sincere prayers that Allah (SWT) grant the family fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.”
