Noble Laurate, Professor Wole Soyinka, Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, Minister for Trade and Industry, Odein Ajumogobia are among dignitaries billed to present papers at the maiden St. John’s Forum scheduled to take place at the Agip Hall, Muson Centre, Onikan, Lagos on the 26th 0f this month.
This much was revealed by the Consultant to St John Forum, R&B Public Relations Company in Lagos yesterday.
According to the company, St. John’s Forum is apolitical and will serve as a platform whose mandate is committed to advancing dialogues that promote the common good in all aspects of national life. The lecture, according to the consulting firm, will be of interest to all segments of the community – industry, commerce, the intelligentsia, press, politicians, decision makers, and indeed ordinary Nigerians.
The Forum is of the opinion that the coming together of such a diverse body of people with widely differing backgrounds and aspirations to debate a singular issue, must ultimately promote good governance.
Speaking further, it stated that St John Forum comprises of public spirited Nigerians with deep interest in promoting the common good, good governance, national development, peace and stability.
