By Stanley Onyekwere

A political solidarity group, Noble Women Movement for Buhari and Osinbajo, (NWM4BO), has called on women and youths nationwide to cast their vote wisely as 2019 election draws near.
The group said a vote for Buhari and Osinbajo will secure the future of their children, stressing that the first tenure of President Muhammadu Buhari has laid a solid foundation for economic growth and development.
Speaking to a section of the media in Abuja, the National President, Mrs. Mfawa Usani and Director of Publicity of the group, Dr. Rachael Ahmadu, noted that the prudent management of public scarce resources has earn the administration a pass mark both at the local and international levels.
The duo maintained that no amount of gang up against the incumbent president will deter the group and other lovers of democracy from ensuring the emergence of Buhari and Osinbajo come 2019, affirming that Nigerians cannot be so gullible to return to the past.
“We are calling on Nigerian women and the youths of this great country to come out and vote massively for President Muhammadu Buhari and his running mate, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo come 2019 presidential elections “We are making this clarion call because women and youths are the worse victims of wasteful and bad governance. If we must guarantee the future and destiny of our children, if our health institutions and public schools must be functional, then all noble women must queue behind President Buhari in 2019.
“We calling on our women and youths because the battle is not between Buhari and Atiku, but between Buhari and retired generals. And I have stated it in different fora that no amount of gang up by the so called retired generals will deter us and we are sure that Nigerians are not gullible to vote in corrupt politicians in 2019.
“The country is bedevilled by calamity and the only advocacy by some of these retired generals is that the president should be voted out by all means. Nothing is more sickening and illogical than this,” Mrs Usani said.
She maintained that the sustained onslaught against the present administration of Buhari cannot alter the outcome of 2019 general elections, stressing that no nation change a government with hate and malice.
Similarly, Director of Publicity of Noble Women, Dr. Rachael Ahmadu, called on the opposition parties to resign to fate in the matter of President Muhammadu Buhari, noting that the president is not seeking office to promote any personal agenda other than his sworn oath of regaining the nation from the claw of usurper and looters.
Ahmadu specifically single out the low financial profile in the ongoing campaign of President Buhari, as it is a clear departure from the past where an incumbent will waste public funds on campaigns.
