2019: We‘ll take APC to grave – Secondus

The National Chairman Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Prince Uche Secondus said, no doubt the burial preparation of All Progressive Congress (APC) in the next general election has gone far as majority of Nigerian are tired of the leadership pattern of present administration.
Secondus disclosed this while addressing supporters of the PDP in Dutse, Jigawa state capital, during his visit to the state.
The party chairman told Nigerians that they have no option comes 2019 than to chase the APC out of power for bringing abject poverty and hunger.
According to him, already Nigerians are presently feeling the negative impact of the APC administration. “They said they would provide security, fight hunger, create wealth if they come to power in 2015.
“Now, the killings are too much. Nigeria has become like grasses, so we have to come and intervene to save the situation.”
While delivering his speech at the gathering, the Gombe State governor, Alhaji Ibrahim Dankwambo said if Lamido emerges for the exalted position, they would do all their best to support him and ensure he wins the election as President.
The governor, who described Lamido as experience administrator, said Lamido has all capacity to salvage Nigerians from what he called APC’s hardship.
Also speaking to reporters after the gathering, the host who is a PDP presidential aspirant, Sule Lamido, said their supporters will make use of the advice given to APC supporters in 2015 by President Mohammadu Buhari to protect their votes, escort it and deal with anybody that touches it.
Lamido also said, Nigerians voted out PDP in 2015 out of anger and impatience, stressing that they will never attempt to make previous mistake of voting APC again in 2019.
