2019: Jigawa APC endorses Buhari, Badaru

The Jigawa state chapter of All Progressive Congress (APC) has thrown their weight behind the second term bid of President Muhammadu Buhari and their Governor, Badaru Abubakar, promising to work hard for actualization of the mission.
The stakeholder declared their support during the three different zonal political gathering held at Dutse, Hadejia and Gumel areas of the state.
Speaking at Jigawa Central zone rally held in Dutse capital, the senator representing the zone, Senator Muhammad Sabo Nakudu said the duo of President Buhari and Governor Badaru are now tested and trusted and based on that he urged the gathering to support their second term bid.
The mammoth gathering answered the call by “we will vote them again” and promised to deliver more votes to them in 2019 than that of 2015.
However, during the North East Senatorial zone rally, the people of the area also expressed their preparedness to support the President and Governor, as well as any faithful party member who stand as party flag bearer in 2019.
Jigawa Northeast zone also promised to deal with any national or state lawmaker found collaborating with other disgruntled elements to sabotage President Buhari and Governor Badaru good policies.
During the rally held in the ancient city of Gumel, the Jigawa Northwest senatorial zone also vowed to ensure the return of President Muhammadu Buhari, Governor Badaru and all other party flag bearers in 2019.
In his speech, the chairman of the occasion, Alhaji Isa Ahmad Gerawa, said Nigerians will resist any attempt to draw them back to era of nepotism, economic instability, security and social unrest, embezzlement of public funds and non purposeful leadership, which retarded the country’s development between 1999 to 2015.
