The result is different in Niger North Senatorial primary (zone c) as Alhaji HaliduAgwara emerged unopposed under the PDP.

In thesame vein, various candidates have emerged for the various Federal Constituencies of Niger state. However, some of the governors’ candidates lost in the primaries, like his former sports commissioner, Alhaji Yusif Garba Tagwai.

Meanwhile, the Niger state Secretary of PDP, Hon. Aminu Yusif has officially announced the results of the just concluded House of Assembly primaries held in the state, which returned 5 LGA’s chairmen unopposed, 7 others returned their tickets, while 8 petitions were received by the appealed panel committee.
