From David Hassan, Gombe
The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Gombe state said it has concluded an arrangements to defeat the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in 2015.
State Chairman of the party, Barr. Magaji Doho, who was represented by its zonal vice-chairman, Gombe south, Mr. Julius Ishaya stated this yesterday in Gombe in an interview with newsmen.
He said time has come for change, and that its party would not relent in fighting hard to ensure that the mandate of the people is restored. He added that people had suffered in the state and assured that the party would ensure that the people have a sense if belonging.
He called on the electorates in the state to come out en-mass and vote credible leaders, urging them to ensure that their votes are counted and well protected before leaving the polling centres to avoid rigging by the ruling party.
The chairman accused the government of paying leap service to the people who voted it into power, noting that it has failed to fulfill its campaign promise to the people.
